To think too long about doing a thing often becomes its undoing. When far off goals seem unattainable take smaller steps. It is the first step that is the most difficult. Keep building bridges to get over obsticles and remain focused on the goal. Keep the goal in view and measure your progress not by how close it seems but by the quaility of the steps you are taking. Retrace your steps when you need too – but when you are going forward, do so with purpose and hope. Feel great, and enjoy the journey.

3. Action. Life rewards effort, exponentially. No matter how small the effort, nor how daunting the odds.

Taking action requires your thinking about the desire or project. Then the feeling of having the outcome. Followed by  your action towards obtaining the want. Always remember all steps lead closer too, rather than away from a desire.

Always be accountable for your own actions.

A tree as an example of cultivating action from a basic perspective, is as follows. The mind is the root, thoughts are the trunk, behaviour the branches, and speech are  leaves. If we try to correct the problem of an unhealthy tree by plucking off each leaf while forgetting to treat the root, our efforts will be futile. But if we Begin from the basics, our problems will be easily solved.
