health accountability

Part 5

I trust my intuition

We cannot sow thistles and reap clover. Nature simply does not run things that way. She goes by cause and effect.”
-Napoleon Hill

To be accountable for who we are or where we are in our life is where our responsibility lies. Our health is dependent on our own actions.

The way I will explain this topic on personal health accountability and our position in being responsible to ourselves is to really take notice and become aware of what is going through our thinking minds in a repetitive nature.

Knowledge is powerful, and what better place to start than getting to know ourselves.

I read Susan Greenfields book; The quest for identity in the 21st Century ‘id’.

I enjoyed the book immensely and what I am about to share from her book is something that I really thought about and I like what it implies.

If we would think about who we are in a useful, fulfilled, unique sense of self, and break down who we are, someone, anyone, nobody; in sound-bite  summary: Someone offers individuality without fulfillment; Anyone fulfillment without individuality; and Nobody neither individuality nor fulfillment.

My interpretation-

a someone

  • I am Me
  • I am going to count
  • I stand out to be noticed
  • Achiever in recognition

 a nobody

  • I don’t know who I am
  • Loner
  • I want_?
  • Afraid to take chances

  • I am like everyone else
  • A pleaser to others
  • Willing to learn
  • Growing

I see what I want and I follow my heart desires

Most of us have been conditioned to conflicting ways in what is right and what should be avoided in our lives, and healthcare is an area where we must be diligent and put our own well being as a personal top priority.

Your living is determined not so much by what life brings you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens.-John Miller

Whatever our intention is, if we pay attention to the intention and look with awareness at results and repercussions that may be forthcoming we will be more likely to gain the better results.

Good health is the number one priority in good living. And good living is what we are here to aspire too. Each of us will have our own desires and living standards. Everything is as it is, and we can only do what we see in our minds as appropriate for any situation.

The self-first and then

Do it for them.
