Importance of Healthy and Actions Plan
Taking action is the answer to any accomplishment. Often the problem seems too big to see how to get to the wanted end result. But if a thought of a better result is seen in the mind opposed to what is in the now, then it is achievable. The first step is the beginning, and the next is going towards the desire the next takes us closer and so on. Remember any climb is taking the next step towards the destination.

Through personal experience, the giving up is easier than the plodding on and the challenges that appear when a goal that is focused on seems to be hard to accomplish. The decision to change direction from the original goal that was seen in the beginning of the venture feels the right move to make. The only person that can achieve our wants is ourselves. Once a decision is made the sticking to the event must be honoured and followed through with until the result is achieved. We must be forever asking and reminding ourselves; What do I want?

We are all the majority of the time acting unconsciously, in the way we are accustomed to act and and as we know how to act. We want to feel comfortable and in control of our actions. So if we think about what we want and where we want to go the next thought is action. Any action is better than no action, so focusing on the how is important. And we are all controlled by time, so working with time that is right for ourselves individually is a big necessity.
When the student is ready the teacher appears”, this old proverb is so true.
When the time is right the information does come through to improve our lives and we can use that information to make better decisions, plans and focus on what we choose in our lives. It doesn’t mean that we are all going to move ahead towards our goals at the same pace, as we all are conditioned to move at our own pace.
Thinking consciously towards personal awareness is a great achievement.
Start observing your life and think about what happens, and how you are thinking, acting, and reacting in each event and you will be closer to correcting any behaviours you may feel are not appropriate for your future desires. Remember any action is better than no action so being aware of your actions to any event is action towards knowing how you’d like to act in any circumstance.

Any action is better than no action and once movement is underway it will become like a habit, it keeps repeating and the repetition becomes etched in our mind, body and soul.
